What you'll Be Doing:
- Finalizing and assembling legal contracts and funding packages for financial institutions
- Preparing all paperwork and documentation for each deal file
- Research vehicle liens on trade-ins or dealer trades; verify all vehicles have correct titles, tax and lien information.
- Prepare policy remittances and sales reports for management
- Take incoming calls and emails to guest inquiries
- Work with head office on accounting, incentives and Factory receivables
What we need from you:
- Must possess strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak another language is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Minimum 2 years of previous sales and/or banking experience
- Valid VSA License preferred but not mandatory
