Your Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Direct,
motivate, and train the sales team to achieve outstanding results.
- Inventory
Management: Determine inventory needs, acquire vehicles, and
oversee reconditioning requirements, with a strong focus on
Pre-Owned Car Sales and Acquisition.
- Appraisals: Conduct
trade-in appraisals to support sales activities.
- Sales
Coaching: Provide expert coaching and leadership on best sales
practices to the team.
- Customer
Relationships: Maintain positive and successful guest
relationships, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met and
exceeded.
- Performance
Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, assist with
upper management requests, and handle various duties as they arise.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum
of 1 year in Sales Management, preferably with a focus on Pre-Owned Car
Sales and Acquisition.
- Team
Building: Proven aptitude for building strong team and guest
relationships.
- Technical
Skills: Familiarity with Deskit, Dealersocket, CDK, and CRM
software.
- Communication: Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
- Licensing: Valid
driver’s license with a clean driving abstract and a valid VSA license.
